**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate. We ask that guests take photos of the meters upon arrival and departure and send them to us for our records.*
***A security deposit of R$ 3,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled).

******At check-in and check-out, meter readings are taken for consumption calculation and subsequent billing. For energy consumption calculation, a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used is applied.
