The property features a living room, 5 air-conditioned bedroom suites, and a fully equipped kitchen. The gourmet area includes a garden, outdoor furniture, a barbecue grill, and a beautiful swimming pool. Every detail has been considered to make your stay safe and unforgettable.

We take great care of the house, aiming to provide you with the utmost comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;

*As stated in the listing, we do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of up to 30 kWh. If consumption exceeds this amount, the surplus will be charged at check-out. Water and gas costs are included in the rate. We ask guests to take photos of the utility meters upon arrival and departure and send them to us for our records.*

**A security deposit of R$ 2,500.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve bookings, the deposit amount is doubled);

The condominium features 2 swimming pools, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, plenty of green areas (Atlantic Forest reserve), and 24-hour security. There is also a free shuttle service available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and the beach. Shuttle times are subject to availability.

The outdoor area of the house is without a doubt the best part, equipped with a swimming pool, dining furniture, and a green area in direct contact with nature.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and by the pool in my space. In addition, its vibrant nightlife, with many options for bars and restaurants, is a highlight of the location. All these attractions make my place an excellent choice for different types of guests, as it strikes a balance between peace, relaxation, and lively nights out.
