*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, we charge for water and energy;

***A deposit of R$1.000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

Suite 2 (Ground Floor): 1 Queen bed, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and closets;

Suite 3 (Ground Floor): 1 Queen bed, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and closets;

* NOTE: Suite 3 shares a bathroom with the common/guest area. *

* NOTE: The living room (ground floor) features a retractable sofa that can accommodate one person. *

* NOTE: The property includes a portable crib with a mattress. *

* The property has two living areas: one on the upper level (with access to a balcony featuring a Jacuzzi) and one on the ground floor.*

* Balcony/Leisure Area: Table with chairs, patio umbrella, private Jacuzzi, beer cooler, and electric grill. *
