**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate; Reservations of 15 nights or more will be charged according to consumption.
**A security deposit of R$ 800.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);
***It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the reception/property. We do not accept visitors!
** **** Each floor has a bathroom with a cold water shower, specially designed to wash off the sand from the beach when returning from the sea.
