The condominium features 2 swimming pools, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, a green area (Atlantic Forest reserve), and 24-hour security. It also offers a free shuttle service from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Schedules are subject to availability.

Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with many bars and restaurants, is a strong point of the location. All these attractions make my property an excellent choice to suit different tastes, as it offers a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.
