It features two air-conditioned suites and one additional air-conditioned bedroom, spacious and airy living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor space where you can relax by the private pool. The gated community also offers a pool, a children's playground, and a meeting room, ensuring leisure activities for the whole family.

We take great care of the house in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;

*We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$900,00is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

****All guests must send their documents for registration and release at the reception/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The sleeping quarters are arranged as follows:

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): 1 Single bed + trundle bed, air conditioning, fan, curtains, blackout blinds, and closets.

Suite 1 (Upper Floor): 1 Queen bed, air conditioning, balcony, curtains, blackout blinds, and closets.

Suite 2 (Upper Floor): 1 Bunk bed (double/single), 1 single bed + trundle bed, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and closets.

*Living Room: 1 Large single sofa bed*
