**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water is already included in the rate; Reservations of 15 nights or more will be charged according to consumption.
**A security deposit of R$ 2500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);
***It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the reception/property.
****** At check-in and check-out, readings are taken from the energy and water meters to calculate consumption and subsequent billing. For energy consumption calculation, a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used is applied. Water consumption is estimated based on Embasa's summer tariff table. It also offers a free shuttle service from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Schedules are subject to availability.
Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and pool of my property. Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with many bars and restaurants, is a strong point of the location. All these attractions make my property an excellent choice to suit different tastes, as it offers a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.
