With unique charm, the house has a spacious living room; 6 excellent air-conditioned bedrooms, 5 of which are suites; a fully equipped kitchen and, best of all, a vast gourmet area with a barbecue, a beautiful swimming pool, a beer cooler and various outdoor furniture for your convenience!

We maintain the home with great care and attention to detail, aiming to provide you with the utmost comfort and the best possible stay.

**We provide bed linen and towels for your stay;

***Water and electricity usage is charged based on actual consumption at the end of the stay;

****A security deposit of R$ 2,500.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation, and the deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve bookings, the deposit amount is doubled);

*****You must submit identification documents for all guests for registration and access clearance at the security gate/property.

*******We do not allow guest substitutions during the stay, even if the total number of people remains within the property's permitted capacity.

Superior Suite 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, Smart TV, blackout curtains and wardrobes;

Superior Suite 2: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobes;

Superior Suite 3: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobes;

Superior Suite 4: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobes;

Superior Suite 5: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobes.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beaches and by the pool of my property. Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with many bars and restaurants, is a major draw of the location. All these attractions make my property an excellent choice to suit different tastes, as it offers a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.

The property is 1 km from Projeto Tamar and 5.9 km from the Sapiranga Reserve. Sabor da Vila and Souza Bar & Restaurante are also within a 5-minute drive.
