Wonderful apartment, equipped with 2 suites and 1 simple bedroom, both air-conditioned, living room with Smart TV and full kitchen. It has an excellent location, right on the sand, in Itacimirim, in the Quinta das Lagoas Praia Condominium, with a seafront pool!

We take care of the house with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**For reservations over 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;

**A deposit of R$800.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.
