**Energy consumption will be charged for reservations over 5 nights;

**A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property;

*****Check-in allowed until 6:00 pm due to reception opening hours.
