Located at Terraces Porto Das Baleias, my space has 2 bedrooms (1 suite), all air-conditioned, it also has a living room, full kitchen and balcony.

Condominium with excellent structure, approximately 350m from the village of Praia do Forte, features an outdoor swimming pool and 24-hour reception, garden and free private parking.

We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$800.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.

Note: We have 1 sofa bed in the living room.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and swimming pool in my space. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
