This beautiful apartment is perfect for 4 people! With a privileged location in the Garcia neighborhood, downtown Salvador, the apartment is close to several important points in the region such as Pelourinho, Barra and Campo Grande.

Comprising 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 suite and 1 single; cozy and airy living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, as well as an excellent space for relaxation!

We take great care of the house in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay. *We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;

**We do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate; Reservations of 15 nights or more will be charged according to consumption.

**A deposit of R$500.00 is required. This must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

***All guests must send their documents for registration and release at the reception/property.
