**We do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of up to 30 kWh. If consumption exceeds this amount, the surplus will be charged at check-out. Water and gas costs are included in the rate.

***A security deposit of R$1,500.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation, and the deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve bookings, the deposit amount is doubled);

****You must submit identification documents for all guests for registration and entry authorization at the security gate/property.

*******We do not allow guest substitutions during the stay, even if the total number of people remains within the property's permitted capacity.

Guests will have access to the entire house and condominium without restrictions.
