***A deposit of R$1,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

****All guests must send their documents for registration and release at the reception/property.

The suites are composed as follows:

Suite 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, TV, curtain, black out and wardrobe;

Suite 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, curtain, black out and wardrobe;

Suite 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning, curtain, black out and dresser;

Suite 4: 1 bunk bed, 2 single mattresses, air conditioning, curtains, black out and wardrobe.

Considered one of the best beaches on the North Coast, Itacimirim is bathed by natural pools of unusual beauty. A true preserve of peace and tranquility, it's part of Bahia's northern coastline, offering calm, warm waters that meet the Pojuca River, providing a stunning landscape to connect with nature and recharge.

In addition to its privileged location, the condominium offers excellent facilities to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable, including a beach tennis court, game room, gym, laundry facilities (use at an additional cost), and a freezer with ice (two bags available per day).

For added convenience, a golf cart is available to transport luggage from the garage to the property (check with the concierge for availability). During high season, guests can also enjoy a bar and acarajé (a type of acarajé) sold in the pool area, ensuring moments of leisure and typical Bahian flavors.
