It consists of 4 bedrooms (3 suites), all air conditioned, living room and full kitchen. In addition to the balcony, where it has a barbecue, making the environment pleasant for leisure.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled).

Located between Guarajuba and Praia do Forte, the accommodation is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast of Bahia, known as Itacimirim. On this beach there are tents with infrastructure, where food and drinks are sold.

1. We expect our guests to respect the rules and take good care of the apartment.

2. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.

3. We are not responsible for belongings left in the property or on the premises of the condominium, but if found, we will be happy to return them.

4. No smoking inside the apartment. Allowed only in the outdoor areas of the condominium.

5. Respect check-in and check-out times, which may be flexible and prearranged. If the guest check out after the stipulated and agreed time, a fee will be harged for half a day for the period.

6. Respect the rules of the Condominium. Failure to comply with these, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulation of the Condominium.
