We take great care of the apartment to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

*As advertised, we do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate. We ask guests to take photos of the meters upon arrival and departure and send them to us for our records.*

***A security deposit of R$ 900.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the building/reception.

We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

3. We are not responsible for belongings left on the property or on the condominium's premises, however, if found, we will be happy to return them.

5. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-day rate will be charged for the period.

6. Respect the Condominium rules. Failure to comply with these, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.
