**We do not charge for water or electricity usage up to a daily average of 30 kWh. Any consumption exceeding this limit will be charged at checkout;

***A security deposit of R$ 900,00is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation, and the deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after checkout (for New Year's Eve bookings, the deposit amount is doubled);

*****You must submit identification documents for all guests for registration and access clearance at the security gate/property.

*******We do not allow guest substitutions during the stay, even if the total number of people remains within the property's permitted capacity.
