***A security deposit of R$ 1,500.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation, and the deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve bookings, the deposit amount is doubled).

****You must submit identification documents for all guests for registration and access clearance at the security gate/property.

Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): 1 Double bed, 1 child-sized single bed (for ages up to 12; "Cars" theme), air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and closets;

Suite 2 (Lower Level): 1 Double bed, 1 Single bed, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and closets;
