Incredible super cozy house, 3 suites, located in the Condominium Aldeia dos Pescadores in Praia do Forte, with private access to the beach and at a distance of only 300m from the sea. The condominium has a 24h concierge and private access to the beach.
The house has 3 suites, all with TV (1 bedroom with cable TV) and Split type air conditioning, living room with Smart TV, full kitchen and balcony overlooking the green area. In addition, it has a gourmet area with barbecue and swimming pool.
We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**Water and electricity consumption is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;
***A deposit of R$1,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 queen-size bed, TV and Split-type air conditioning;
Suite 2 (upper): 2 single beds, Split type air conditioning and TV;
Suite 3 (upper): 1 double bed, 2 single beds + 2 extra mattresses, TV, ceiling fan and Split-type air conditioning.
Praia do forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and also in the condominium pool. Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 59.6 km.

1. We do not charge a light fee for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate.
2. We expect our guests to respect the rules and take good care of the house.
3. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.
4. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house or on the premises of the condominium, but if found, we will be happy to return them.
5. No smoking inside the house.
6. Respect check-in and check-out times, which may be flexible and prearranged. If the guest check out after the stipulated and agreed time, a fee will be charged for half a day for the period.
7. Respect the rules of the Condominium. Failure to comply with these, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulation of the Condominium.
Deposit: For reservations made directly with us, it is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of R$ 1,000.00.
