The accommodation includes an air-conditioned living and dining room overlooking the gourmet area, 4 elegant suites and a full kitchen.

The gourmet area is equipped, ideal for barbecues, with a swimming pool, hammock and garden.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

***A deposit of R$2,500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after checkout (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property;

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

Suite 1 (Ground floor): Split air conditioning, blackout curtains, closets, balcony, 1 single bed and 1 double bed.

Suite 2 (Ground floor): Split air conditioning, blackout curtains, closets, balcony, 1 single bed and 1 double bed.

Suite 3 (Ground floor): Split air conditioning, blackout curtains, closets, 1 single mattress and 1 queen bed.

Suite 4 (Ground floor): Split air conditioning, blackout curtains, closets, 1 single mattress and 1 double bed.

The condominium features two swimming pools, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, plenty of green space (an Atlantic Forest reserve), and a 24-hour concierge. A free shuttle service is also available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Schedules are subject to availability.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches. Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with its many bars and restaurants, is a strong point of this location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to suit a variety of tastes, as it strikes a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.
