The property is in the high-end condominium Ilha dos Pássaros, with 24-hour security and surrounded by green areas.

The accommodation includes an air-conditioned living and dining room overlooking the gourmet area, 5 elegant suites and a full kitchen.

The gourmet area is equipped, ideal for barbecues, with a swimming pool, hammock and garden.

We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

***A deposit of R$2,500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after checkout (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches. Furthermore, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strength of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.

Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 60 km.

1. Visitors are not allowed during their stay at the property.

2. We expect our guests to respect the house rules and take good care of the house.

3. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.

4. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house or on the condominium premises, but if found, we will be happy to return them.

5. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Only allowed in external areas.

6. Respect check-in and check-out times, which may be flexible and agreed in advance. If the guest checks out later than the stipulated and agreed time, a fee corresponding to half a day's stay for the period will be charged.

7. Respect the Condominium rules, of which I highlight the item on vehicle parking:

7.1 Vehicle parking must be done in the area determined for each autonomous unit, and vehicles cannot be placed on the grass part of the condominium or in other places that make access difficult for other condominium owners.

8. Failure to comply with this and other rules of good coexistence, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Condominium's Internal Regulations
