**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, water and electricity are charged separately

**A security deposit of R$800.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);

We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The suites are arranged as follows:

Suite 1: 1 Queen bed, TV, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and closets.

Suite 2: 1 Double bed, 1 single mattress, TV, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and closets.

Living room: Sofa bed, TV, fan, curtains, blackout blinds, and closets.
