****All guests' identification documents must be sent for registration and access authorization at the gate/property.

****** At check-in and check-out, the readings of the electricity and water meters are taken for consumption calculation and subsequent billing. For electricity consumption, a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used is applied. Water consumption is estimated based on Embasa’s holiday rate table.
