***A deposit of R$1,000.00 is required. This must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

Suite 4 (upper floor): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and balcony;

Guests will have full access to the previously agreed accommodation facilities, as well as the condominium.
