*As advertised, we do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are included in the rate. We ask guests to take photos of the meters upon arrival and departure and send them to us for our records.*

**A security deposit of R$ 2500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled).

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

Suite 2 (upper floor): 1 Queen bed, 1 Single bed + trundle bed, TV, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, wardrobes.

Suite 3 (upper floor): 1 Queen bed, 1 Portable crib (no mattress), TV, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, wardrobes and balcony.

Suite 4 (upper floor): 1 Queen bed, 1 Single bed + trundle bed, TV, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, wardrobes and balcony.

Suite 5 (ground floor): 1 Queen bed, 1 Single bed + trundle bed, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds and wardrobes.

*The property has a maid's quarters: 1 Single bed + trundle bed, floor fan, bathroom.*

The condominium offers 2 swimming pools, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, extensive green areas (Atlantic Forest reserve), and 24-hour security. It also provides a free shuttle service available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and the beach. Schedule depends on availability.

The outdoor area of the house is undoubtedly the best part, featuring a pool, dining furniture, and a green space that allows direct contact with nature.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches or by the pool at my property. In addition, its vibrant nightlife, with many bars and restaurants to choose from, is a highlight of the location. All these features make my property an excellent choice for different preferences, offering the perfect balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife excitement.
