High-end house located in the Praia Bella condominium, offering exclusive access to the beach, 24-hour concierge and garden.
The property has a decorated and air-conditioned living room, all furnished and cozy suites, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary items for your best stay. Outdoor area with barbecue, kitchen, private pool (adult and children), wine cellar, and outdoor furniture.
We take great care of the house, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate.
***A deposit of R$ 2,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
****All guests must send their documents for registration and release at the reception/property;

Praia Bella is one of the recently opened condominiums in Praia do Forte. Its location is privileged, in the most exclusive area of Praia do Forte, with exclusive access to the best beach in the region. Its coastline has 12 kilometers of beach, with many reefs, natural pools and, above all, coconut trees, the main vegetation in the region. Thanks to its many natural beauties, Praia do Forte is also a predominant ecotourism destination, led by the TAMAR Project, which has its national headquarters in the area.
In addition, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strong point of this location.

1. Visitors are not permitted during the stay at the property.
2. Do not exceed the number of guests booked.
3. We are not responsible for any belongings left in the house or on the condominium premises, but if found, we will be happy to return them.
4. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas.
5. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which may be flexible and agreed upon in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed upon time, a fee corresponding to half the daily rate for the period will be charged.
6. Respect the condominium rules, of which I highlight the item on vehicle parking:
6.1 Vehicles must be parked in the area designated for each independent unit. Vehicles may not be parked on the grassy part of the condominium or in other places that hinder access for other condominium owners. 7. Failure to comply with this and other rules of good coexistence, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Condominium's Internal Regulations.
Important Notice: The use of any fireworks or other objects that may cause fire hazards in the area is prohibited.
**The provision of bed linen and towels is counted before and after our guests' stay. Please let us know if you have taken any item by mistake so that it can be returned.**
