We take great care of the house, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**We do not charge electricity for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate.

***A deposit of R$ 2,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

Praia Bella is one of two recently inaugurated condominiums in Praia do Forte. You will be able to enjoy an incredible lagoon bordered by a cycle path, without having a high-end club with swimming pools, bar, party room, barbecue, sauna, massage room, gym, 2 tennis courts, soccer fields, beach volleyball and beach tennis, pet space, children's space, landscaping and a modern security system.
