**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate; Reservations of 15 nights or more will be charged according to consumption.

**A security deposit of R$ 800.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve and Carnaval reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);

The property is comprised of the following:

- Suite: Double bed + single auxiliary bed, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, curtains and blackout blinds;

- Living room: Sofa, table, TV, fan, curtains, blackout blinds, wardrobes and retractable bed.

Note: The retractable bed is attached to the wall where the sofa is located; the back of the sofa lowers to create a bed.
