High standard property, located in Praia do Forte, offers an excellent structure with all the comfort for your best season in the region. The house sleeps up to 15 people, and has 5 suites with 1 dependence, 2 on the ground floor, all with split type air conditioning, large living room overlooking the pool and dining table for 10 people, full American kitchen and integrated into the living room.


We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;

**We do not charge a light fee for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, we charge water and energy;

***A deposit of R$ 1.500,00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

- Suite 4 (superior): 1 King bed, Smart TV, split type air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain.

- Suite 5 (superior): 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, split type air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain.

Note: Bathrooms in suites 2 and 4 have grab bars for accessibility.


In addition to everything my space offers, the condominium has excellent security and infrastructure, 2 swimming pools, sports area, green area (Atlantic Forest reserve) and 24-hour concierge. It also has a free transfer service available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Hours according to availability.

Everywhere you will be able to enjoy and relax with all the amenities it provides and among them, we highlight the outdoor area, with a wonderful space with swimming pool, barbecue and covered relax area, ideal to enjoy a beautiful sunny day!

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and rest on the beautiful beaches and pool of my space.

In addition, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strong point of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.

Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 60 km.

1. Visitors are not allowed during their stay at the property.

2. We provide bed and bath linen.

3. We expect our guests to respect the house rules and take good care of it.

4. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.

5. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house or on the premises of the condominium, however if found, we will be happy to return them.

6. No smoking inside the house. Allowed only in external areas.

7. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-daily fee will be charged for the period.

8. Respect the rules of the Condominium, of which I highlight the item on vehicle parking:

8.1 The parking of vehicles must be done in the area determined for each autonomous unit, vehicles cannot be placed on the grass part of the condominium and in other places that make access difficult for other condominium members.

9. Failure to comply with this and other rules of good coexistence, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.

Important Notice: Prohibited the use of any fireworks and other objects that may cause fire risks in the region.

A casa tem excelente estrutura para acolher os hóspedes, a cozinha tem todos os equipamentos necessários (Air freyr, Nexpresso, sanduicheira, espremedor de suco semi industrial, panelas grandes, tábuas de madeira para frios, etc...não senti falta de nada), churrasqueira com carrinho de suporte equipado, além de facilidades do condomínio que fornece gelo e Van para deslocamento até a vila da PF(funcionou perfeitamente). Os quartos/suítes são espaçosos e proporcionaram boas noites de sono para todos. Rafael dá rápidos retornos às mensagens. Os anfitriões/proprietários nos encantaram com o acolhimento da entrada à saída, nos impregnando da boa energia que nos transmitiram. O espaço-varanda com piscina, integrada à sala e cozinha, foi o lugar favorito da minha família, que ainda tem ainda a natureza ao fundo que me brindou com as orquídeas que amo. Enfim, foram dias maravilhosos que levaremos como doces recordações, com gostinho de quero mais. Grata.
