**Water and electricity consumption is charged according to consumption at the end of your stay;

*****A security deposit of R$2500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);
