**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 days, water and electricity are charged separately;

***A security deposit of R$2000.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of reservation confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);
