High luxury house, located in the Ilha dos Pássaros condominium, in Praia do Forte, with excellent security and infrastructure.

The space has 6 suites (1 ground floor), all with split air conditioning and TV, a large living room with 4 rooms, views of the pool and a dining table for 6 people. It also has a complete gourmet kitchen integrated into the living room, making the space versatile.

*WE PROVIDE A FREE CLEANER FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY

We take great care of the house, aiming to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*The cleaning service is provided from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If you wish to extend the service for the rest of the day, a half-day fee will be charged.

**We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us.

***We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate. Reservations over 30 nights charge water and electricity.

****A security deposit of R$2,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled).

*****All guests must submit their documents for registration and release at the reception/property.

We offer our guests the cleaning already included in the rate from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 16:00. It also has a free transfer service available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Hours according to availability.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and rest on the beautiful beaches and pool of my space. In addition, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strong point of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
