The space has a living room, full kitchen and 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites. In addition, it has Wi-Fi, a private pool and a gourmet area with barbecue.

The condominium has excellent infrastructure, 24-hour security, sports court, football field, children's playground, restaurant and barbecue area. In addition, it has private access to the beach.
