The condominium offers a tennis court, children's playground, and direct beach access.

We take care of the house with all the care and attention in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**Water and electricity consumption is charged according to consumption at the end of your stay;

***A security deposit of R$ 2,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);
