Beautiful 4-bedroom house located in the Mar Azul Condominium, close to the beach and the best beach bars (Prefeitinho and Carlinhos) and with excellent infrastructure. In addition, the house has a large outdoor area with a hammock, swimming pool, garden, and a gourmet area with a barbecue.

The condominium has a tennis court and children's playground, as well as beach access.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Consumption of water and electricity is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

*****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobe;

Suite 2 (ground floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, wardrobe and balcony.

Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast, excellent for connecting with nature and relaxing! It holds the Blue Flag certification, one of the most recognized voluntary ecological labels in the world, achieved by only 14 beaches. This symbol represents sustainable tourism combined with intense environmental preservation.

*Public transport is easily accessible. If arriving by plane, you can rent a car or use transport platforms, requesting a ride from the airport to Guarajuba. The cost of this last option is approximately R$120.00.
