**We do not charge for water/electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out;

***A security deposit of R$ 800.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the building/reception.
