***A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled).

****All guests must submit identification documents for registration and release at the front desk/property.

Suite 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, blackout curtains, wardrobes, and balcony;

*Suite 2 has a bathroom with internal and social access.
