Located in the Ilha dos Pássaros Condominium, this house combines comfort and leisure for a memorable stay in Praia do Forte, with easy access to the village, where life unfolds amidst beaches, restaurants, and great experiences.

The accommodation features 6 air-conditioned suites, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, enjoy the gourmet area, a heated swimming pool with jacuzzi, and a beach tennis court, guaranteeing moments of relaxation and fun.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

***A deposit of R$2000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

The rooms are furnished as follows:

Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed + extra bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, wardrobe and smart TV;

Suite 2 (upper floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, wardrobe and balcony;

Suite 3 (upper floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, wardrobe and balcony;

Suite 4 (upper floor): 1 double bed, 2 single beds + 1 extra bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, wardrobe, smart TV and balcony;

Suite 5 (upper floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, wardrobe, smart TV and balcony.

Suite 6 (upper floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed + extra bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, wardrobe, smart TV and balcony.

Note: We have 1 en-suite bedroom with a single bed and blackout curtains.

The condominium features two swimming pools, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, a green area (Atlantic Forest reserve), and a 24-hour concierge. A free shuttle service is also available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Schedules are subject to availability.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and pool at my property. Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with its many bars and restaurants, is a strong point of this location. All these attractions make my property an excellent choice for a variety of tastes, as it offers a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.
