Excellent house, located in Condomínio dos Corais, in Guarajuba, one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast!

My space consists of 5 bedrooms (4 suites), living room with Smart TV, full kitchen, WIFI and an outdoor area with pool and barbecue.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**For reservations over 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;

***A deposit of R$1500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): 3 single beds, ceiling fan, blackout curtain and wardrobes;

Suite 1 (Ground Floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtain and wardrobes;

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobes;

Suite 3 (Superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobes;

Suite 4 (Superior): 3 single beds, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.

The condominium has complete infrastructure, offers a sports area with a grass and sand soccer field, a playground and 24 hour security.

Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast and has recently received the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized eco-labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is a sustainable tourism combined with the intense preservation of the environment. For this achievement, Praia went through a long pre-requisite process that lasted more than 1 year, ranging from water quality assessment to environmental management.
