**We do not charge water/electricity fees for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out.

***A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled).

****All guests must submit identification documents for registration and release at the front desk/property.
