The space is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with Smart TV, integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 suite) equipped with Split type air conditioning and a great balcony to relax!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge a light fee for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, we charge water and energy;

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled).

- Bedroom 1 (Ground floor): 2 single beds, 2 single mattresses, wardrobe, split air conditioning, fan and blackout curtain.

- Suite 1 (Ground floor): 1 double bed, closet, split air conditioning, fan and blackout curtain.

Located between Guarajuba and Praia do Forte, the accommodation is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast of Bahia, known as Itacimirim. On this beach there are tents with infrastructure, where food and drinks are sold.

Praia de Itacimirim is part of the itinerary of beaches on the north coast of Bahia that offers calm and warm waters that meet the Pojuca River, providing a stunning landscape to connect with nature and renew energy.

3. We are not responsible for belongings left on the property or on the condominium's premises, however, if found, we will be happy to return them.

4. No smoking inside the apartment. Only allowed in outdoor areas.

5. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-day rate will be charged for the period.

6. Respect the Condominium rules that will be provided at check-in.
