Excellent Bungalow style house, right on the sand, 3 suites, located in Condomínio Varandas do Mar, with a wonderful sea view pool, private access to the beach, children's playground and 24-hour security.

Furnished space, has a living room, full kitchen and air-conditioned suites! The 2 balconies are an invitation to relax to the sound of the sea, a benefit that only a house on the sand can provide.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. Reservations over 30 days we charge for water and energy.

***A deposit of R$800.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Suite 1 (ground floor - external area): 1 double bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain;

Suite 2 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobe;

Suite 3 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.
