Located on the 29th floor, it offers views of the city and the sea. The property features one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, a living room with a sofa bed and access to the view, and a kitchenette with all the necessary utensils for your stay.

We take great care of the house, aiming to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate. Reservations for more than 15 nights will incur a water and electricity charge.

***A security deposit of R$800.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking and will be refunded within 5 business days of check-out;

****All guests must submit their identification documents for registration and release at the reception/property.
