*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

**Water, electricity, and gas consumption will be charged based on consumption at the end of your stay;

***A deposit of R$2,000.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

****All guests must submit their identification documents for registration and release at the front desk/property.

The suites are laid out as follows:

Suite 1 (Superior): 1 king-size bed, TV, minibar, armchair, air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains, and wardrobe.

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 double bed, TV, air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains, and wardrobe.

Suite 3 (Ground Floor): 1 double bed, TV, air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains, and dresser.

Suite 4 (Ground Floor): 1 double bed, TV, air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains, and dresser.

In addition to everything the condominium offers (total infrastructure, swimming pool, gourmet lounge, kids space, gym, party room, games room, children's playground, gym and sports courts), it also has private access to the beach, at a distance of approx. 5min walk!

*To use the party room, a fee is required.

It is worth mentioning that Sauípe has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia.

The distance from the International Airport of Salvador - Luís Eduardo Magalhães to the Condominium is 83.4 km.
