Fully furnished, decorated and cozy house, located in the Condominium Vilas Del Mar, in Itacimirim, with excellent infrastructure and the best: less than 5 minutes from the beach (about 350m).

My space consists of 4 air-conditioned suites, living room with Smart TV, Wi-fi, full kitchen and seating and hammock on the porch, in addition to the pool which is great for sunny days!

We take care of the house with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**For reservations over 3 nights, energy and water consumption will be charged at the end of the stay;

**A deposit of R$1000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

My property is an excellent place for those who value comfort, privacy, calm and contact with nature.

Located between Guarajuba and Praia do Forte, the accommodation is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast of Bahia, known as Itacimirim. On this beach there are tents with infrastructure, where food and drinks are sold.

Praia de Itacimirim is part of the itinerary of beaches on the north coast of Bahia that offers calm and warm waters that meet the Pojuca River, providing a stunning landscape to connect with nature and renew energies.

1. We expect our guests to respect the rules and take good care of the house.

2. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.

3. We are not responsible for belongings left on the property or on the condominium's premises, however, if found, we will be happy to return them.

4. No smoking inside the apartment. Only allowed in the external areas of the condominium.

5. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-day rate will be charged for the period.

6. Respect the Condominium rules. Failure to comply with these, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.

**The supply of bed linen and towels is counted before and after the stay of our guests. Please, if you have taken a part by mistake, let us know for a return.**
