It has 2 beautiful suites and 1 bedroom, all with air conditioning; bright and airy living and dining rooms; a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay and, best of all, a furnished gourmet area with barbecue and garden!

The condominium has an excellent swimming pool, gym, meeting room and children's playground!

We take great care of the house in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;

**Water and electricity consumption will be charged at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$1,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

****All guests must send their documents for registration and release at the reception/property.

Suite 1 (Superior): 1 queen bed, 1 single mattress, balcony, air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains and wardrobe.

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 queen bed, 1 single mattress, air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains and wardrobe.

Bedroom (Ground floor): 1 queen bed, air conditioning, curtains and blackout curtains.
