The gourmet area is incredible! It is equipped with a large swimming pool, excellent barbecue, various outdoor furniture and a garden! The living and dining rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated for your reception! In addition, the property has a beautiful kitchen with all the essential items.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**Energy and water consumption will be charged at the end of the stay;
***A deposit of R$2500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

Suite 4 (Superior): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, TV, balcony, air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains and wardrobe.
Suite 5 (Superior): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, TV, balcony, air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains and wardrobe.
Dependance (Ground floor/Service area): 1 single bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, curtains and blackout curtains.
The Condominium has 2 swimming pools, tennis court, football field, green area (Atlantic Forest reserve) and 24-hour concierge. It also has a free transfer service available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Times according to availability.
Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and swimming pool in my space. Furthermore, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strength of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 60 km.

1. Visitors are not allowed during their stay at the property.
2. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.
3. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house or on the condominium premises, however, if found, we will be happy to return them.
4. No smoking inside the house. Only allowed in outdoor areas.
5. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-day rate will be charged for the period.
6. Respect the Condominium rules, of which I highlight the item on vehicle parking:
6.1 The parking of vehicles must be done in the area determined for each autonomous unit, and vehicles cannot be placed on the grass of the condominium and in other places that make access difficult for other condominium owners.
Failure to comply with this and other rules of good coexistence, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.
- Important Notice: It is forbidden to use any fireworks and other objects that may cause fire hazards in the region.
Deposit: For reservations made directly with us, it is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of R$ 2,500.00.
**The supply of bed linen and towels is counted before and after the stay of our guests. Please, if you have taken a part by mistake, let us know for a return.**
