My space is fully furnished and has 3 bedrooms (1 suite), living room and full kitchen integrated with the balcony.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$800.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1: 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and TV;

Bedroom 1: 1 single bunk bed, with auxiliary window-type air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and TV;

Bedroom 2: 2 single bunk beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Bedroom 3 (service area/dependency): 1 bunk bed, window air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.

Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast, which recently received the Blue Flag certificate (one of the most recognized voluntary eco-labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with the intense preservation of the environment. For this achievement, Praia went through a long process of prerequisites that lasted more than 1 year, ranging from the assessment of water quality to environmental management).

The distance from the condominium to the beach is only 400m.
