My space is on the ground floor and is fully furnished, with modern and cozy decor. It has a living room, full kitchen, balcony and 3 bedrooms (2 suites), both air conditioned!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled).

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1: 1 queen bed, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Suite 2: 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain;

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.
