400m from the beach, with exclusive access, the Condominium has swimming pools for adults and children, air-conditioned gym, children's playground, sports court, beach club with restaurant-bar, beds, chairs and umbrella service. Exclusive path through Klaus Peters Park to the town of Praia do Forte.


We take great care of the apartment, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;

**Reservations of more than 10 nights will charge for energy and water consumption;

***A deposit of R$900.00 is required. This must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

****Documents must be sent for registration and release at the reception/property.


The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1: 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, wardrobe, blackout curtain and cable TV;

Bedroom 1: 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed with auxiliary bed, split air conditioning, closet, blackout curtain and TV.


The residence is distributed around the large swimming pool with a wooden deck and barbecue area (extra charge). The resort is gated, with 24 hour security! In addition, it has a Beach Club, access to hotel stores, pharmacy, children's area, sports leisure area with tennis and squash courts and swimming pools.

It has direct access to the beach, about 250 meters from the sand, swimming pools for adults and children, heated gym, children's playground, sports court, tennis court, soccer field, squash court, golf course, bike rack and beach club with restaurant. -Bar, free sun loungers, chairs and umbrella service. Exclusive Path through Klaus Peters Park to the village of Praia do Forte. Our guests will be able to take advantage of the “pay-per-use” All inclusive services at the Iberostar Hotels by contracting directly at the reception of the Iberostar Praia do Forte or Iberostar Bahia Hotels.

1. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.

2. We are not responsible for belongings left in the apartment or on the condominium's premises, however, if found, we will be happy to return them.

3. No smoking inside the apartment. Only allowed in outdoor areas.

4. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-day rate will be charged for the period.

5. Respect the Condominium rules, of which I highlight the item on vehicle parking:

6. The parking of vehicles must be done in the area determined for each autonomous unit, and vehicles cannot be placed on the grass of the condominium and in other places that make access difficult for the other condominium owners.

7. Failure to comply with this and other rules of good coexistence, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.

**The supply of bed linen and towels is counted before and after the stay of our guests. Please, if you have taken a part by mistake, let us know for a return.**
