Incredible, finely decorated apartment, located in Condomínio Paraíso dos Corais in front of the best beach in Guarajuba! The Condominium, in addition to being right on the sand, has a structure worthy of a resort: 24-hour security, reception, 2 swimming pools (adult and children), sauna, bar and restaurant service, children's playground, outdoor gym, ice machine and direct contact with nature.
We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate.***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
- Suite 1: 1 queen bed, closet, split air conditioning, fan, TV and balcony;
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, closet, blackout curtain and split air conditioning.
The Condominium has a structure worthy of a resort: 24-hour security, reception, 2 swimming pools (adults and children), sauna, bar and restaurant service, children's playground, outdoor gym, ice machine, Wi-Fi and direct contact with nature.
Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast and has recently been awarded the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized ecological labels in the world, which only 14 beaches have won. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with intense preservation of the environment. For this achievement, Praia went through a long process of prerequisites that lasted more than 1 year, from water quality assessment to environmental management.

3. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.
4. We are not responsible for belongings left in the apartment or on the premises of the condominium, but if found, we will be happy to return them.
5. No smoking inside the house. Allowed in outdoor areas only.
6. Respect check-in and check-out times, which may be flexible and prearranged. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a fee will be charged for half a day for the period.
7. Respect the rules of the Condominium. Failure to comply with these, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulation of the Condominium.
**The provision of bed linen and towels is accounted for before and after the stay of our guests. Please, if you have taken any part by mistake, let us know for a return.**

The area where the apartment is situated is beautiful. Right in front of the beach. It has a very nice pool. The apartment was overall very clean, and Jessica was a great host- very responsive and flexible.
We just had a few issues: the apartment didn’t have any toiletries (not even hand soap). The listing didn’t say they had it, but it is something that is usually expected, so it was a bit of a hassle to have to go buy them last minute after a long trip. There was dish detergent in the kitchen sink.
There was some of the linen that was a bit stained- I don’t think it was dirty per se.
Make sure to include anyone you want to bring over in your reservation and give their names and IDs beforehand- these are rules for the whole building, and Jessica needs to run any changes by the administration first.

Apartamento muito bom. Cama de casal confortável. Atendeu minhas expectativas. Tudo em conformidade com as descrições contidas nesta plataforma. Recomendo.
Retornai em breve. Contudo, algumas melhorias devem ser realizadas com “brevidade”, quais sejam:
1) Vazão de água da pia da torneira muito fraca. O problema não está relacionado com a restrição de água em decorrência da reforma da praça de Guarajuba, pois nos outros apartamentos adjacentes a vazão d’água encontra-se normal;
2) Altíssimo nível de ruído (ruído de turbina de um avião) do exaustor da sanitário da suíte, devendo o mesmo sofrer manutenção ou ser substituído;
3) A porta da sala do apartamento, quando aberta e não fixada ao dispositivo que prende a mesma ao rodapé, fecha com muita força devido à ação do vento forte. Sugiro alertar aos hóspedes para ter cuidado com a situação descrita acima, pois poderá ocorrer acidentes principalmente com crianças.

o lugar é perfeito, pé na areia! o condomínio é muitíssimo bem cuidado e a vizinhança é muito amistosa, regras são cumpridas, não tem defeito. quanto ao apartamento, tivemos um ou outro problema com manutenção, mas tivemos a atenção do proprietário no que foi possível resolver! voltaremos com certeza!

Tivemos uma excelente estadia, nesse ótimo apto em Guarajuba, exatamente como anunciado. Check in foi tranquilissimo, e absolutamente nada a reclamar quanto a comunicação com os anfitriões. Recomendo o local, e com certeza, se voltar à Guarajuba (por sinal excelente praia), pretendo ficar novamente hospedado neste apto. Nota 1000.

Condomínios Pé na areia, muito bom
Condomínio muito bem administrado, area verde, piscina, sauna, restaurante e próximo a praia de Guarajuba, pé na areia. Funcionários atenciosos.
Péssimo atendimento da Ialug. Difícil falar com o aplicativo, demora no atendimento, paga se uma caução mas não tem lista dos utensílios domésticos e muita coisa danificada. Não tem ninguém para te receber da Ialug. A caução não faz sentido uma vez que não se sabe o que está danificado. Cortina estava caída na sala, fogão não funcionava uma das bocas, geladeira sem prateleiras e a do congelador quebrada. Porta da varanda da sala sem chave. Toalhas com mais de 2 anos de uso conforme carimbo nas toalhas, toalhas encardidas.
