The property's suites are arranged as follows:

Suite 1 (Superior): 1 king size bed, TV, balcony, air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains and dresser.

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 king size bed, balcony, air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains and wardrobe.

Suite 3 (Superior): 1 queen size bed, air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains and dresser.

Suite 4 (Ground floor): 1 queen size bed, double mattress, balcony, air conditioning, curtains and blackout curtains.

In addition to everything the condominium offers (total infrastructure, swimming pool, gourmet lounge, kids space, gym, ballroom, games room, playground, gym and sports courts), it also has private access to the beach, at a distance of approximately 5min on foot.

*To use the party room, a fee is required.
